We understand that life happens! However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, deducted from your original payment. If you cancel before the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Thank you for understanding! We require a card on file for booking services this will ensure a seamless process for refunds and future purchases as well. we will not sell, share or rent your card number.
